charme & chic luxury was even better than my previous stays in rome. the location near the pantheon was perfect, and the wifi was strong for my work. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. i'll definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the cleaning lady even let us check in early. The walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors' conversations, which disrupted our sleep. Communication with the host was sometimes difficult, as he didn't always respond to our WhatsApp messages.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, contacting us before our stay and arranging check-in and transport. The location was extremely central, making it easy to walk to all the sightseeing locations. The room was clean and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere. The hotel also provided extras that many hotels don't offer these days.

We also appreciated the blackout shutters on the windows and the air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even accommodating our early arrival by allowing us to store our bags until our room was ready.

Nothing not to love.

The location was unreal - within minutes we were at the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi! We had so much fun exploring all the famous sights of Rome. The room was super spacious and clean, and the daily service was a big plus. Marina, the staff member, was so helpful and answered all our questions super quickly. Thanks Marina, you rock!

The only thing we wished for was a bigger social area for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome to have a cool hangout spot in the hotel to meet other travelers and have some fun.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Loved having an art gallery and designer stores right at the hotel. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a savior, and the roundtrip airport shuttle made me feel like a real VIP.

Who needs customer service anyways? The lack of information, dirty glasses, and broken shower door all added to the charm of this "luxury" establishment.
