I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and the harbor. The hotel had a Michelin-starred restaurant, which served delicious meals. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping kept the room spotless. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which was very convenient. I was impressed with the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel, making my travel arrangements hassle-free. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the pet amenities available were a bonus for those traveling with their furry friends. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy to explore the area.

We always have a great time at this hotel in Bardolino. The Premier Suite is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure we feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including a warm boiled egg which we love. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and pizzerias nearby to choose from.

The lack of information on how to work the aircon/jacuzzi tub was frustrating.

We had an amazing time during our city break! the breakfast buffet was outstanding, full of healthy options with a great selection. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and into the main town. We loved the fact that there were free activities, such as Nordic walking, and free bike hire. the staff was friendly and attentive, showing us all the facilities upon arrival.

Another downside was that there wasn't any information about the facilities in the room, like how to work the aircon and jacuzzi tub. We also wished we could have had room service for tea or coffee.
