We had an amazing stay at a high-end mini hotel in my favorite Italian city. The value for money was great and the room was comfortable, with a hidden kitchen and complimentary Nespresso machine and minibar. The location was perfect and the staff, especially Norberto, were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved with more options.

Absolutely nothing wrong, except for the inconvenience of a few steps to the lift. But the staff was there to help, of course.

Just returned from a weekend stay at Dilman and couldn't be happier! The modern decor and attention to detail, like the touch light switches and sauna panel, was impressive. The staff went above and beyond, giving us great tips and even reserving a table for us. The included minibar and daily refill, along with complimentary coffee and tea, were a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious. Perfect location for exploring.

From start to finish, our experience at Dilman Luxury Stay was exceptional.

We had an amazing stay at Dilman Luxury Stay! The hotel's modern design immediately caught our attention, and our room was comfortable and soundproof. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the front desk reception provided excellent service. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, being close to both the old town and the railway station.

Our room had a balcony, but unfortunately it overlooked an unattractive view of neighboring apartments. the breakfast options were limited and the menu was not buffet-style.

Located in a bustling area, the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions including the old town, the train station, and various shops. The rooms are beautifully decorated with modern lighting and have comfortable beds. The bathroom is excellent with great closets and drawers. The staff is friendly and provides impeccable service. Breakfast is delicious and includes a variety of options. The hotel also offers a hidden kitchen area and an "honor" bar with complimentary drinks.

There is no easy parking available, and finding a spot can be quite challenging and expensive.

The staff at the hotel, Norberto and Monika, were extremely accommodating and friendly. They helped secure restaurant reservations and had great recommendations. The breakfast served at the cafe/bar was delicious, and they even accommodated my gluten-free request. The room was beautiful with modern design and luxurious materials. They provided free water, a coffee machine, and snacks in the room. The hotel also had Hermes toiletries available. I highly recommend this hotel.
