I had a fantastic stay at Dimora Palanca, a stunning hotel that perfectly blends historical elegance with modern design. The original marble floors and painted ceilings added a touch of beauty and character to the place. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the luxurious bath products to the comfortable bedding, made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I had a comfortable and memorable experience at Dimora Palanca.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great decision. the staff was very thoughtful and gave us unexpected surprises every day. Plus, the breakfast included delicious pastries and a variety of options. the location is ideal, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. Oh, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on!

The dinner service at the restaurant didn't live up to our expectations and lacked staffing. We also felt a bit misled by the advertised car service, as it turned out to be significantly more expensive than expected.

It is conveniently located, allowing us to explore Florence easily while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. the attentive staff, particularly in the restaurant and breakfast team, made our experience even more enjoyable. We loved spending time in the delightful garden, and having parking available was a rare and useful bonus. the modern and beautifully laid out rooms made us feel like we were staying in a private residence rather than a hotel. the staff, including Nadia, were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist.
