We had a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place was absolutely stunning, situated on the rocks of a beautiful bay with breathtaking views of the sea. We loved that there was access to a private beach, and the free sunbeds provided made it even more enjoyable.

The spacious cabanas and poolside area provided a relaxing spot for families to enjoy. The plentiful and delicious breakfast added the perfect touch to our memorable stay.

breakfast options were a letdown

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful conservation area surrounding it. The hotel offers private access to the beach, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, especially overlooking Capo Caccio.

The walls between the rooms are very thin, making it easy to overhear conversations and noises from other guests.

Our new year stay at this hotel was excellent! the facilities exceeded our expectations, with amazing views of the coastline. We enjoyed the multiple sunbathing areas and the outdoor gym, perfect for working off all the delicious food we indulged in. the hotel's terrace and restaurant offered a breathtaking backdrop for our meals, with reasonably priced and scrumptious options.

Some of the room amenities were missing, and the 'double bed' consisted of two relatively uncomfortable mattresses pushed together. We also noticed a clogged shower drain, and some balcony furniture could have been more comfortable.

I was blown away by the stunning views of the bay and the peaceful surroundings at this amazing hotel. The room had a balcony overlooking the sea and rocks, offering a truly spectacular view. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation on the lazy beds by the sea or the pool. There are also plenty of activities to do nearby, like renting a bike or going hiking. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was cleaned every day.

I was disappointed that there were no wine glasses or ice buckets provided in the rooms. When I requested them, I was told there would be a charge, which seemed unreasonable given the already high price of the rooms.

The hotel offers great facilities for rent, including scuba equipment, SUP boards, and kayaks. There are also sunbeds and plenty of shade available. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful with information.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.

Close to airport, beautiful surroundings, great location, private beach access, clean rooms. Lovely staff, especially the multilingual receptionist Nadja. Impressive bar with a talented bartender. Tasty food at the restaurant, particularly the Scampi and Shrimps. Fantastic grilled food at lunchtime. Not overcrowded. Bikes available to explore nearby areas. Highly recommended boat tour of the magnificent cliffs in the Sardinian gulf.

This secluded hotel offers outstanding sea views, a natural setting, and individual cabanas. Despite the lack of a beach, families enjoyed the poolside and spacious cabanas at the waterfront. Plenty of delicious breakfast options are available. The hotel is in a great location with fantastic views, swimming access, and two pools, including one with sea water for children. There are also semi-private sun bed canopies along the rocks. The staff is accommodating, making the stay relaxing and tranquil.

We felt so welcome at El Faro Hotel & Spa, with no reason to complain.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful location and clean surroundings. The clear water was amazing and renting a boat from the hotel was totally worth it. The food was delicious and there was plenty of space to sunbathe and relax. The pool area was fantastic and the staff/reception were very polite. Everything in this hotel was at the highest standard, ensuring a great stay. They paid attention to details and the restaurant and dinner on the terrace were fantastic. The manager even gave us a free room upgrade with a view as a welcome gift. We will definitely come back next year. It was the perfect choice for a nice hotel in a lovely place at Porto Conte bay. The view from our room overlooking the sea and rocks was spectacular. It's a quiet place, perfect for lazily sunbathing both by the sea or the pool. There are also many activities to do in the surrounding area like renting bikes or going hiking. If you're looking to party, this may not be the place for you, but Alghero is close by. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel is situated in a somewhat isolated place surrounded by sea and mountains, but it's only a short drive to the airport and the city of Alghero. There's a bus stop just outside the hotel, making it easy to get to the city and other attractions like the Neptun grotto. The beach is rocky and vast, with platforms and sunbeds spread out to provide privacy and a calm atmosphere. The cuisine was excellent, with plenty of fish and seafood options. The four-course dinner offered at a good price compared to the city was a great value. The views from the hotel were lovely, but unfortunately, our stay was dampened by disappointing service. While the staff was friendly, it appeared that there were not enough of them to attend to all the guests promptly. However, the wide selection of food served in a buffet style for breakfast was a plus.

We had an amazing stay at El Faro Hotel & Spa. the location was perfect, offering a stunning view over the bay and Capo Caccia. We loved the various options to enjoy the view, whether from public areas or lounges on the terraces. Direct access to the rocky beach was a plus, with ladders into the water and plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. the staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊
