Had an amazing stay at this landmark hotel overlooking the bay. the room was comfortable with a lovely balcony. the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the 6th floor bar had brilliant cocktails and a stunning view. the George restaurant was exceptional, especially the breakfast served on the terrace with a breathtaking view.

My partner and I recently stayed at the charming Grand Hotel Parker'S for a week-long vacation. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We were thrilled with the free upgrade to a junior suite, which offered stunning views of the Bay of Naples. The hotel's terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner, provided an outstanding panoramic view of the city. our experience at Grand Hotel Parker'S was fantastic, exceeding all our expectations.

The hotel was beautiful and well-kept. The staff was beyond amazing, friendly, and could not have accommodated us any more, they were excellent. The view from the room over the gulf of Napoli is amazing. Comfortable bed. Reception staff, as well as restaurant and bar staff, were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Carmine at the reception desk, who was knowledgeable and a great help during our trip. The hotel is elegant, stylish, and stunning. The view from the restaurant and bar is spectacular across the water. Breakfast was fabulous.

The top floor restaurant was fantastic with Michelin quality food and service, offering stunning views of the bay. the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also wonderful, with amazing views and a wide variety of delicious options. the staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and attentive, making sure that nothing was too much trouble for them.

Some of the rooms in the hotel were a little dated and in need of modernization. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a bit remote, requiring the use of taxis to get anywhere.

Additionally, the hotel was located in a great spot, close to key attractions and easily accessible.

Noisy rooms and limited breakfast options. Our room was on the noisy side, with staff using the adjacent hallway frequently, causing disturbances.

The view from the breakfast terrace was stunning, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The rooms were lovely, with beautiful Italian decor, high ceilings, and new clean facilities. The dining and bar options were great and reasonably priced. The hotel's location on the western "edge" of the city provided a wonderful view of the bay, although taxi rides to and from the train and city center could be challenging.

I had an amazing stay with incredible views over the town and bay. The assistance I received from Marta was fantastic, allowing me to add an extra night to my stay. The room was clean and well presented. The food at the hotel was great, with delicious breakfasts and dinners. The customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. I especially loved the James Bond bar and the terrace, where I could relax after a busy day of sightseeing with a meal and a fantastic cocktail. The staff were also extremely helpful in booking trips and taxis. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were even given a free upgrade to a stunning junior suite. The hotel offered an outstanding view of the Bay of Naples, which we enjoyed from the terrace while dining on delicious food. The location, slightly removed from the city center, meant cleaner and quieter streets, and it was still only a 20-25 minute walk to reach the heart of Naples.

We stayed at this hotel twice - once for two nights and then again for a night after a tour of the Amalfi coast. The staff made a world of difference - super friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help. The location, although not in the city center, was actually an advantage. It was a pleasant walk to the seafront and high-end shopping district, giving us a more local experience. The manager was very accommodating, offering us options for our room and even upgraded us to a split level suite with complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality options and friendly service. a great experience.
