We loved the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean rooms. The hotel's location near the Giglio water taxi and St. Marco square was very convenient. The modern and minimalistic room had a nice view of the canal, and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, with attentive staff. We also appreciated the option to store our luggage after check-out and the small terrace on the roof.

This hotel is in a perfect location for exploring all the sights, near San Marco Piazza and within walking distance to St. Mark's Square. The service was great, staff very accommodating, and the basic amenities were just right. We were very pleased with our room and the excellent breakfast that included options for every taste.

This hotel is located in a lovely square-everything is just near. The Vaporetto stop is right beside the hotel, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The basic amenities in the room, including the accommodating bathroom and good-sized bathroom, were well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of options, with some hot food as well as the usual croissants, and it could be enjoyed outside with a view over the square.

We had an amazing stay at Ala! Our room had a balcony overlooking the square, and the bed was so comfortable. The marble bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub was a luxurious touch. The hotel's bar and the breakfast were both fantastic. The location was perfect, close to St. Mark's Square and La Fenice. We highly recommend this characterful hotel!

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-equipped rooms with tea and coffee facilities to the delicious breakfast served with a view over the square. The location is perfectly situated very close to a stop on the Orange route for a direct transfer from the airport to the popular St Mark's square. Plus, within walking distance, you'll find several good restaurants in a lovely square - everything is just near!

The location was very convenient, being close to St Mark's square and handy to all attractions. We were also near the Grand Canal, which provided stunning views. The staff were extremely helpful, especially in answering questions about transport. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of choices.

The staff at Unahotels went above and beyond when it came to helping us with our bags. They immediately carried them up to our room without us even having to ask. Additionally, when we encountered some flooding during our stay, the hotel provided free wellingtons on a first come first served basis. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, just a short stroll from St Mark's square. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of choices. The rooms were well appointed, and despite being small, they were clean and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff, excellent location, and delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Unahotels. The central location was perfect for exploring all the major sites in Venice. Our single rooms had lovely canal views and were very peaceful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options and the hotel was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist with a medical issue. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the vaporetto stop and within walking distance to St. Mark's Square.

The hotel was ideally located near the Santa Maria del Giglio stop and the Grand Canal, providing easy access to the city center. The nearby restaurants were amazing, especially the one next door, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The room was elegantly furnished and well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The noise level in the corridors outside our room was a bit bothersome at night.

During our Easter trip, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary Easter eggs that we received upon arrival. the hotel was situated in a great location, making it easy to explore the area by foot or boat. We also appreciated the comfortable and clean accommodations.

We didn't appreciate the limited breakfast options. the staff at the bar was not accommodating and didn't treat guests with respect.
