One downside is the lack of Russian channels on the TV.

We enjoyed the great location and the peaceful surroundings. the breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the best part was the lovely view of the mountains from the breakfast area. the hotel offered free outside parking and the property was very clean.

The beds were uncomfortable and the carpets in the rooms smelled old. the SPA facilities were nice, but unfortunately, it was noisy due to kids playing alone.

The breakfast spread at Alpenheim Charming & Spa was amazing, with a wide variety of breads, fruits, and eggs made to order. The owners, George and his team, provided warm and personalized service. The dinner was also superbly cooked with love, surpassing a more expensive meal I had in Milan. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and its beautiful location in quiet surroundings were a definite plus. The spa facilities were nice, although sometimes disturbed by noisy kids. The swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be returning for a ski trip next winter. I had a wonderful experience at Alpenheim Charming & Spa.
