The hotel had an elevator , a reception desk , a secure luggage storage room , and a bar with a terrace.

The library had too many English books, I had to pretend to be well-read.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel with a wonderful view of Monte Baldo from our room. the staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic dining experience at the hotel restaurant, which offered great service and delicious food. As hotel guests, we were even treated to complimentary pizza and liquor. Plus, we received a 10% discount on our food bill. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

My recent stay at Alpino in Malcesine was fantastic. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were super-friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and as a resident, we even received a 10% discount. Great value for money with a clean and comfortable room, and a delicious and reasonably priced restaurant. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could be improved at breakfast would be to have bigger cups or mugs and yogurt served in bowls instead of pots. It would also be nice to have some savory croissants as well as pastries without the icing sugar.
