We had an excellent stay in Siena. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city wall and a short walk to the main square. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful views from the terrace. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with options to suit different dietary needs. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the countryside and the charming cityscape. the terrace bar was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to enjoy cocktails and wine while taking in the divine sunset scenery. - the staff at the main desk were courteous and helpful, even arranging a taxi for us during a busy morning.

The breakfast room was fairly average and didn't make use of the beautiful terrace and view. It would have been better to have breakfast in town instead.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Siena, I had a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to all the interesting sites in the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning view of the countryside. The staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! the hotel is situated just inside the city walls, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Plus, they provide free parking, which is a huge bonus. the rooms are nice, although a bit small. But honestly, you won't be spending much time in your room anyway because the hotel staff is amazing. From the bellhops to the desk clerks to the bartenders, everyone is friendly and attentive. Special shout out to Ivan who made our time at the rooftop bar even more enjoyable with his excellent service. And speaking of the rooftop bar, the view is just spectacular!

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located in the opposite part of the city from the train station. It's still within the city walls, but you'll have to walk across the whole city to get there.

This place is fantastic if you need somewhere to park as it's just outside the restricted zone but really close to the walls to enter the city. The location is perfect, near the most important monuments and the room facilities are superb. The service was absolutely phenomenal, with the staff being very helpful and efficient. They even invited us to a bar with a terrace opening at 5 pm for a welcome drink. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The rooms are soundproofed and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, and snack bar, as well as a sun terrace and a massage service. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I would recommend this hotel to all.

The front desk service was great, with friendly and efficient staff. Our room was clean and had a great view. the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit.

The rooms were outdated and the bathroom had a tub/shower combo which was difficult to get into, especially for those with limited flexibility. the rooftop terrace had beautiful views, but the tables looked cheap and dirty.
