The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The staff are friendly and always eager to assist. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and a juicer. a great choice for a stay in the city center.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unexpected luxury of our room at Hotel Chelsea. The room was beautifully renovated, blending modern comforts with the charm of the historic architecture. The windows provided a refreshing breeze when opened and effectively blocked out street noise when closed. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even though we didn't have dinner at the hotel, it looked excellent. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the nearby cathedral, square, and museums. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend this hotel for its unexpected luxury and hospitality.

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member upon arrival. the hotel is situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the main square, which made exploring the city a breeze. the breakfast spread was impressive, catering to all dietary needs, and we particularly enjoyed the cozy and intimate ambiance of the hotel's restaurant. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We did encounter a problem with our room's toilet, but the hotel staff were quick to respond and offered us an alternative room, albeit smaller than the one we had booked. the language barrier was an issue with one of the receptionists, who spoke only Italian, but we managed to work through it.
