Great value for money at Hotel Cristallo. The room was cozy and clean with beautiful views of the gardens. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Cristallo. The hotel is in a central location, just a short walk from the vaporetto stop and the beach. There is a supermarket and several restaurants and bars within 300 meters. The rooms were comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner. The service was nice overall, despite a difficult older man at the party. I would recommend this hotel for both solo and couple holidays.

Location was not ideal, as it took 15 minutes on the Vaporetto to reach the city. The bathroom was small, but not a major issue.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, nestled in an enclosed garden on the main island. It is very close to the vaporetto stop in Lido, which makes exploring the beautiful island a breeze. The hotel is easy to find straight off the water taxi, making it convenient for travelers arriving by boat.

One downside is that some rooms might not have abundant natural daylight due to the positioning of the windows.

We had a great stay at Cristallo! The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and waterbus, and only 15-20 minutes from the conference centre. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, so finding something to eat was always easy. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary facilities. We especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast, especially the croissants. It was a wonderful experience overall and we highly recommend Cristallo for a stress-free stay in Venice.
