As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the spacious room and comfortable bed, making it ideal for relaxation after a long day. The stylish and well-designed bathroom added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our visit. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to start our day on a high note.

The xmas holidays spent at this hotel were fantastic! the complementary wine and cheese offered on arrival was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of delicious and fresh options to choose from.

The room was a bit cramped, especially the toilet which was small and made it difficult to move around. the entry to the hotel was a bit tricky to navigate and required some skillful driving.

The location in a quiet residential area allows for a peaceful stay away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Easy access to main attractions with a pleasant 1-mile walk, passing by artisan shops along the way. The continental breakfast is delicious and provides a great start for a day of sightseeing. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to assist guests. Definitely recommended.

We loved staying here! The location was amazing, situated above a tunnel crossing a beautiful courtyard. There were so many restaurants to choose from, and it was a short walk to all the main sites. The service was fantastic, with room service and a car hire service available. The staff were always on hand to help with anything we needed.

The hotel is located close to the main center of Florence which when walked, takes approximately 15 minutes. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with lovely restaurants close by. The rooms are modern, bright, and clean, with well-appointed bathrooms and luxury showers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice and recommendations. The breakfast served is wonderful, with a variety of sweet and savory options, and excellent cappuccinos.

The separate parking in a safe inner courtyard was a bonus. a stylish and friendly hotel in a great location.
