The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions. the hotel itself was clean and modern, with well-planned rooms that had everything I needed. the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. the breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. highly recommended!

The staff, including Catheah and Edit, were incredibly hospitable and attentive. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. the location was perfect, close to the central area and with easy access to trams and buses. the breakfast selection was delicious, with a wide variety of pastries, fruits, and yogurts. We couldn't fault this lovely hotel and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom had a beautiful contemporary design, and the staff were warm and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was well prepared and the service was very good. The location, right by the Navigli and close to a subway station, was perfect for exploring this city on a short visit.

The location was fantastic, close to QC Termemilano and Acquatica Park, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young guy at reception who went out of his way to provide us with tips and recommendations. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience for the entire family.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

The most comfortable bed ever! I seriously need to find out the brand and buy it for my home. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast spread was varied and high quality. There was even a free welcome cocktail, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect, close to many bars and restaurants.

The noise from a nearby cafe was unbearable. The loud music kept playing until the early hours of the morning, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the bustling nightlife and enjoy the vibrant restaurants in the area. The room I stayed in had a terrace, offering breathtaking views and a delightful starry ceiling at night. The staff was brilliant and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast, while not fancy, was of good quality and satisfying. I have no complaints, and I look forward to returning for another special break. The value for the price was perfect, and the hotel's convenient location made it even better.

We especially loved the cappuccinos and the balcony on the first floor where we enjoyed a cup of wine.

This hotel in Milan was a lucky find! The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the best features was the big balcony, which offered a great view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was served on the first floor and was excellent, with a lovely lady making sure we had enough coffee.

I stayed at a charming boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and a delightful breakfast room terrace. It was conveniently located near the metro and attractions like the Cathedral of Milan.

Too bad there wasn't a view of a noisy street or a broken chair on the lovely smoking balcony.
