Had a recent Christmas stay at a hotel in an Italian town. Two things we particularly appreciated were the rooftop bar and the breakfast variety. the location was also ideal, with great views of an iconic landmark and plenty of options for nightlife and dining.

The rooms were lacking in amenities and some facilities were not up to par. At times the staff seemed disorganized and were not always available to answer our questions.

The hotel parking recommendation was not accurate and ended up being more expensive and inconvenient, with the attendant often leaving the car locked in.

It was so convenient to be able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by all the shops and restaurants. Another great aspect of this place was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even offered room service and a welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Plus, the hotel had a lovely terrace where you could relax and take in the beautiful views.
