I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the lake and the pier where you can catch a boat to explore other villages. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was beautiful. I also enjoyed the cocktails served by the pool. This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't think of any reason why someone wouldn't want to stay here. This place has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at Rivalago was fantastic, with well-equipped and comfortable rooms offering killer lakeside views. The location was perfect, with a charming village and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option even better would be a wider variety of choices.

Thanksgiving weekend was great! Beautiful lakeside location and amazing views. the room was well furnished, clean and included a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. the shuttle bus was convenient, it stopped right outside. We enjoyed the private beach, it's perfect for swimming. Great value for money!

The on-site restaurant was expensive and the portion sizes were small, there were no other restaurants for miles. the staff seemed to be always in a rush and had no time for us.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Sulzano, right by the lake. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake from their rooms and have the option to take a dip in the pool or relax on the lakefront decking area. The staff at the hotel are known for their exceptional service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

The restaurant in the evening could use some improvement, as the dining room lacks ambiance and the menu remains the same as the lunch menu.

The bathroom was spacious and the hotel had a lovely pool. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the Monte Isola ferry. I highly recommend this romantic getaway on the water's edge.
