I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area just a short walk from the bustling shops and crowds. The hotel's website directions were accurate, making it easy to find. The courtyard and patio setup were charming, providing a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a drink while waiting for check-in. The room, although basic in decor, was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel had a charming and quaint atmosphere with a lovely courtyard space. the staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Plus, there was a Sindbad cocktail place next door, which I highly recommend trying!

One downside was that the wifi was only available in the lobby due to the attic location of my room. Additionally, the vintage lift in the hotel was quite noisy and disrupted my sleep, so I would suggest requesting a room away from the lift.

I got great value for my money at Hotel La Fenice. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to Piazza San Marco but away from the crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips on navigating Venice.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering more variety.

Our room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was delicious. The best part was being able to watch the gondolas pass by right outside our window. The location was perfect, with the Fenice theater just around the corner and all the main attractions within walking distance. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom smell, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The location of this hotel is amazing- very close to San Marco, the Grand Canal, and other attractions. It's perfect for a touristic visit to Venice. Additionally, the staff is pleasant and the rooms are well-maintained, with a large and lovely terrace.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Venice. The location of this hotel is absolutely superb, situated in a beautiful square and within easy reach of all the main attractions. It's just a short stroll away from San Marco and the Vaporetto and Alilaguna Stops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The rooms, although not completely soundproof, were very comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. One aspect that I particularly enjoyed was the delicious breakfast. There was a great variety of food options available, including fresh croissants and a machine dispensing various types of coffee. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Beautifully decorated room, all marble bathroom. Delicious quiche, ham and cheese breakfast with great coffee and fruit. Friendly staff, except one. Convenient and tucked away location near a Vaporetto stop.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, right in the heart of the city, close to all the popular sites and with easy access to the airport on departure. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-appointed with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast included is a great bonus, ensuring a good start to the day.

We enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of croissants and fresh baked bread. the coffee was available all day. the accommodation was in an excellent location, close to famous landmarks and transport links. the staff were very helpful with great customer service.

We had some issues with mosquitoes in the room. the air conditioning was not working well making it difficult to sleep at night.

Charming hotel with artistic ambiance, convenient location, accommodating staff, good restaurant, reasonable rates, comfortable rooms.
