We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was huge and even better than the photos. The bed was super comfortable with extra pillows, and the bathroom was modern. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the location couldn't be beat. The staff, Viola and Marilou, were amazing - so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. the location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of everything, with a terrace overlooking the famous Campo of Sienna. The view from my private balcony was simply stunning. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, offering excellent restaurant recommendations and accommodating my special requests. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable. They were beautifully presented, spotless, and had all the basic amenities I needed.

The host, Viola, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The complimentary waters, snacks, and coffee in the reception area were a thoughtful touch. The central location and entrance through a cute courtyard added to the overall charm. Despite the noise from the lively piazza, the host provided earplugs, ensuring a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The breakfast was freshly and beautifully cooked, served to our liking in our room’s breakfast nook. We loved the convenience of having the garage arrange for our car parking - no need for city driving nor navigating to find a garage. This service removed all the stress of parking in an unfamiliar city.

A hill in the city would have made walking up to the hotel tiring on arrival - but we were glad to use the taxi. We felt unwelcome with reception staff, not receiving the warm welcome we expected.
