The location was superb, overlooking the seafront and the Castello d’Aroganese. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the facilities and amenities provided. The staff were faultless, from the reception to the cleaners. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great, and the cocktails were delicious. The set menu for dinner was amazing value. The hotel had a small pool, a private beach with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, and a beautiful view of the boats and the castle. There was also a roofdeck with lounge chairs, hot tubs, and a workout area. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The breakfast is delicious and the facilities, such as the rooftop restaurant and bar, gym area, and jacuzzis, add to the overall enjoyable experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from helping us celebrate special occasions to attending to every little detail. The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and the stunning view of the sea within walking distance. The restaurant served excellent food with friendly and attentive wait staff. We were sad to leave, but we are already planning our next visit to this fantastic and special hotel. we highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with stunning sea views, just a short taxi ride from the ferry port. Conveniently located for exploring the old town and castle. Excellent restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service. Many good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Ischia port with plenty of shops and dining options. Buses from the port provide cheap transportation around the island. Small but adequate bedroom with excellent bathroom facilities. Breakfast offers a good selection. All staff are helpful, charming, and speak English well. a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is outdated and not worth the price. the facilities, especially the spa and sun deck, are not up to standard.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were exclusive amenities that met all our relaxation needs. Private facilities ensured our comfort and the beach access allowed for a perfect day in the sun. the restaurant served mouth-watering delicacies, complimented by the packed lunches and snack bar. the location of this venue was also advantageous, as it was close to all shopping and dining.

Although the service was impeccable, the Wi-Fi signal could have been improved. Despite this, the beautiful view from the sun terrace made up for the minor issue.
