The location of the place is excellent, with easy walking distance to Termini, Colosseum, and St. Maria Maggiore. There is a park in front of the building with playgrounds, bars, and gelato. Marilena, the host, was super kind and welcoming, even accommodating our late arrival. We were offered a surprise upgrade to a bigger room with a balcony, providing a nice view of the park. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and there was a shared kitchen with a fridge and complimentary coffee and tea. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at Mr Frills for a weekend getaway in Rome. The hotel's decor was lovely, and my room was spacious with plenty of storage space and air conditioning. I appreciated the small kitchen area where I could make tea and coffee, as well as access the fridge and microwave. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Colosseum and the train station. For the price we paid, the value was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a balcony with a nice view of the park across the street. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions, and the staff, especially Marilena, were extremely kind and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a few more options, like kettles and pans if guests wanted to cook something for themselves.
