We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the variety of facilities available. The location was also great, being close to transportation options and some excellent restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the Grand Canal was a bonus, providing beautiful views and easy access to water taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Stayed here for thanksgiving with my family. the breakfast was the best meal of the day. Good variety and delicious food. Location was great as we could easily walk to all the tourist spots. There was a beautiful balcony in our room which offered a nice view. Despite the busy street outside, the room was very quiet and peaceful.

The room was tiny and cramped. It was not spacious enough for our family of four and the lack of space made it hard to move around.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the modern bathroom and the walk-in shower. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially the breakfast servers who made our coffee just the way we like it. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the hotel provided a free boat service to visit the glass factory in Murano. The courtyard was a great place to relax and enjoy drinks in the sun.

The staff made us feel very special and were always willing to assist. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzetto Madonna. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a good variety of options including eggs, pastries, and a fresh orange juicing machine. The furnishings in our room were plush and sumptuous, and we loved the view of the canal. The staff were very helpful and provided great recommendations for food and places to visit. The location was also convenient, with easy access to all the main sights.

We had an amazing stay in a baroque palace situated right on a canal. The hotel was conveniently located close to a waterbus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff provided excellent service, and the continental breakfast had a good selection. The view of the canal from our room was mesmerizing. We also enjoyed the outdoor courtyard and the well-maintained facilities.

We found one of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel to be below average and disappointing.
