The hotel's location was ideal, making it convenient for exploring the various sites in the city. the junior suite we stayed in was comfortable and modern, and the price was reasonable. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the hotel courtyard, which provided a pleasant start to our mornings.

The limited equipment in the fitness center, although I was able to use the cycle. we encountered some difficulties with the room being locked, needing to ask the staff for assistance.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Bezzi. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and close to major attractions like Sant' Appolinare Nuovo and Basilica San Vitale. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great restaurant recommendations and assisting us with bus schedules. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Breakfast at Palazzo Bezzi was a delightful experience, with a diverse selection of fruits, yogurts, cereals, meats, eggs. The lattes made by Elvis were absolutely the best! The location of the hotel made it convenient to walk to all the nearby attractions and even to my class at the mosaic school of Luciana. During my ten-day stay, I had the pleasure of using the spa facilities, indulging in a sauna session and a relaxing massage. The front desk professionals were always courteous and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful and relaxing time at Palazzo Bezzi Hotel and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

my recent stay in ravenna was outstanding, and palazzo bezzi was the perfect choice! the location was central, making it easy to explore the historic center and other sites. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great variety of options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated being able to use the wellness center for a hot shower after a run.
