The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. The breakfast offered a great selection of pastries and fresh fruit. The free on-site car park was a huge plus for us. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the city gates and main square. The customer service we received here was top-notch and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled in the hills of Tuscany. The hotel's attention to detail and location in beautiful gardens with the most romantic views out-and-across the Tuscan countryside were truly remarkable. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were well-equipped with stunning views. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, served with an amazing view across the valley, which included a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

We had a wonderful Easter getaway in Tuscany. the hotel we stayed at provided on-site parking, making it convenient for us as we were travelling by car. the location was also great, with easy access to the city center via bus and taxis for our evening outings. the staff members were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We loved the relaxing outdoor terrace, which made us feel like we were enjoying the countryside. Additionally, having access to the breakfast room throughout the day and night was very helpful, especially when we wanted to have our own picnic on the terrace.

There was one aspect that we didn't appreciate during our stay at the hotel. One morning, the reception staff forgot to order a taxi for us, causing a delay in our plans.

We had an incredible stay at Palazzo Di Valli in Siena. The historic palazzo, once owned by the Piccolomini family, provided great comfort and stunning views, especially during breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the warm and helpful staff, particularly Lorenzo, who took the time to personally guide us through the various activities and even organized an incredible wine tasting experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and we had the unforgettable experience of spotting wild deer near the patio. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hospitality was exceptional, with the host being kind and helpful without being overwhelming. the old villa is full of charm and offers breathtaking views of both the city and countryside. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the old town. And the fact that we could park our car in the villa's courtyard was a bonus. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
