The location of the hotel was perfect, situated between the train station and the main attractions of the city. Everything was within walking distance. Staying in a palace with a beautifully painted high ceiling was a unique and unforgettable experience. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good selection of items. The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly, and made me feel special.

The hotel offers an amazing view of the city, with windows overlooking the idyllic red Florentine roofs. The breakfast is delicious, serving traditional Tuscan specialities that truly capture the essence of the region.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food, including some local delicacies and complimentary drinks. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to many entertainment spots. we found it helpful that the hotel provided a shuttle to take guests to nearby locations.

The blankets were dirty, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. the room was quite noisy, with loud voices coming from nearby rooms keeping us up all night.

The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore all that the city had to offer. It was within easy walking distance of Florence's main attractions, allowing us to save time and money on transportation. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met and making us feel right at home. The room was beautifully decorated with Renaissance-style furnishings, adding a touch of elegance to our stay.

There were some minor issues with the bathroom amenities not being replenished regularly, which was slightly inconvenient.

Our stay at Palazzo Tolomei was simply magical. The palazzo itself is a work of art, with exquisite details and a perfect blend of Renaissance and modern decor. The staff, especially Daniella, made us feel like royalty with their kindness and attentiveness. The breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Duomo and the Uffizi. We can't wait to visit again!
