the Pierre Milano was a great choice. the location was fantastic, with Sant’Ambrogio Metro Station just a 5-minute walk away. the hotel was also within walking distance of popular attractions like "the Last Supper," the Cathedral/Duomo, Teatro alla Scala, and Castello Sforzesco. the room was spacious and had a lovely old-fashioned design. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, and the staff members we encountered were extremely friendly. Despite the ongoing construction in the area, the hotel's proximity to the M2 subway line and the city center made it a convenient choice.

The free in-room WiFi was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The bathroom amenities provided were sufficient, including a range of products from soap to a hairdryer. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in a nice neighborhood was ideal, with plenty of great places to eat. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed the luxury linens on the comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the dining room was lovely. Convenient location near a metro station and within walking distance of famous landmarks.

We had a great stay at Pierre Milano! the junior suite was lovely with beautiful decor. Our room on the 4th floor may not have had a view, but it was still very nice. the staff member at breakfast was excellent, attentive and made our mornings enjoyable. the hotel's location, about 20 minutes away from the city center, was convenient for us. a comfortable and pleasant experience.

During my Christmas stay, I had the best time. the staff made me feel like royalty with their welcoming attitude and chocolates on arrival, and a complimentary Christmas dinner. the hotel's location was perfect as it was near enough to the main attractions, but far enough to not be overwhelmed by the crowds. the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected with my family back home.

The noise from a nearby construction site. It was a bit of a hassle to have to walk around it, and it made it hard to sleep past a certain hour.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was just next to the city centre but not right inside. It was close to most attractions, including the train station and restaurants. The transportation options were excellent, with a metro station and major bus routes nearby. It was also near major tourist sites and all the major shopping precincts. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a lot of choice, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay during our New Year's trip. the service at the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. the rooms were very clean and modern, with nice touches like slippers and robes. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast included in our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the metro and tram, and a taxi stand nearby. the nearby square had a great local restaurant and famous mixology bar.

The only downside was the construction happening outside the hotel, but that was out of their control. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit indifferent to our needs and lacked information about transportation.

We recently stayed at Pierre Milano and had an absolutely stunning experience. the hotel itself is beautiful both inside and out, and our junior suite exceeded all expectations. From the stunning view to the lovely balcony, everything was perfect. What made our stay even more special was the chilled champagne we received upon arrival, celebrating our anniversary. the food was out of this world delicious and beautifully presented. the staff at the front desk were friendly and extremely helpful, ensuring that all our questions were answered. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
