As youngsters, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms, daily cleaning service, and cosy atmosphere. The breakfast options were excellent and served with care and lots of smiles. The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from San Marco and on the same canal as the famous "bridge of sighs". The staff, especially Frederico, provided us with great advice to make the most of our stay and even helped us with a charging cable for our phone. Communication before our arrival was clear and precise, making check-in a breeze. We also appreciated the option of a private taxi boat from the airport, although a bit expensive, it was totally worth it. After long days of exploring Venice, this hotel felt like a nest to rest and relax.
