Our family of five stayed at Residence La Contessina for a few days during our visit to Florence. The location is unbeatable, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The loft-style apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and the courtyard provided a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of their family. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, ensuring we started our day off right. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at a hotel during our Christmas vacation that had a great location, we could walk to everything. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around, and we felt safe walking around at night. One of the best aspects was the complimentary breakfast that had a variety of options that everyone in our family enjoyed. Another complimentary fact that we appreciated was the hot chocolate in the lobby, perfect for a chilly winter day. the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Our room was not well insulated, and the street noise kept us up at night. the other worst aspect was that the parking was not included, and since we rented a car, we had to pay extra for the parking and it was quite expensive.

The family-run apartments were welcoming and attentive, offering more than just a place to stay. Knowledgeable about Florence, they provided great recommendations and the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the courtyard had reliable wifi.
