Friendly staff, great location for exploring old town and seafront, good breakfast choice, charming and spacious room with stone and wood finish, clean and well-equipped amenities. Good value for money.

We recently stayed at a delightful B&B in the center of a wonderful city. the staff at Sa Domu Cheta were amazing, treating us like family. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just a few steps away from all amenities. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including homemade pastries and eggs and ham - a pleasant surprise for Italy. We received helpful recommendations for local restaurants and received information about places to visit and transportation. it was the best accommodation experience we have had so far.

had an amazing stay at a cozy guest house in cagliari during valentine's day. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us useful travel advice. rooms were clean and comfortable, and the homemade italian breakfast was delicious. exceeded all expectations.

Conveniently located near the train station. Easy check-in with pin code and prepared room cards. Comfortable room with no outside noise. Lovely bathroom with necessary amenities. Attentive staff and typical Sardinian breakfast with fresh coffee. Perfect for a pleasant stay!

I had a great stay at the B&B! the code access to the building was convenient, and I appreciated how the shampoo and toilet paper were replaced without having to ask. the air conditioning was also very effective in keeping the room cool. the room itself was cozy and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. the host was extremely friendly and helpful, even accommodating our early check-out and providing us with an early breakfast. Parking was a bit challenging, but we were able to find space around the corner. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location of this B&B was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk to the bustling pedestrian street where you could find shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The convenience of being centrally located made it easy to explore all that the city had to offer.

The shower in the room was quite small, which made it a bit inconvenient for taller or larger guests.
