As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a fantastic array of delicious breakfast options that catered to our dietary preferences. The hotel receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. The hotel also provided a complimentary Bolzano card, which allowed us to easily access the cable car station for breathtaking walks with stunning views of the Dolomites. The spacious room was quiet and warm, with a small balcony offering an incredible view of the mountains. The bathroom amenities were of high quality, and we appreciated the convenience of the free private garage.

We felt completely secure during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Stiegl Scala offers a prime location at the edge of the old town, just a short walk away from restaurants and attractions. the staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. the highlight for me was the hotel's beautiful garden setting, complete with a refreshing pool. the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was delicious. With secure underground parking and a great WiFi connection, this hotel truly had it all. A perfect base for exploring the Dolomites.

I recently stayed at this place and I highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore without having to travel too far. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, I enjoyed the wonderful amenities that this hotel provides, such as a fitness center, sauna, and seasonal outdoor pool. Also, the lovely garden area was an added bonus, and provided a wonderful place to relax in the evenings.

Great complementary Wi-Fi in the lobby and cool gym. Super central location, only a few minutes’ walk to all main sites and attractions. the mattress was flawless and the room was surprisingly quiet.

The breakfast was just average at best, lacking fresh and healthy options. the staff at the bar were not very friendly or attentive, and the drinks were overpriced for what they were.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the well-prepared sofa bed in our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The breakfast served on the beautiful outdoor patio was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the old city and take a memorable ride on the nearby gondola. Despite a minor heating issue, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel.

During our stay over Christmas, we were pleased with a few aspects of the hotel. the location was excellent as it was within walking distance of shopping and dining options. the onsite parking was a bonus, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car. the continental breakfast provided a good variety of food options.

The room we were assigned had a gloomy atmosphere and outdated furniture, which did not match the price we paid. the noise during the night was quite bothersome.
