The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the coffee was made from a proper coffee machine. The complimentary taxi service to the ski lift was a great bonus. Deborah went above and beyond to assist us.

Helpful courtesy mini bus to the chair lift and delightful Happy Hour with abundant snacks. Perfect location near the main piazza.

Additionally, the hotel had a good ski room for easy storage of our gear. the central location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to ski lifts and a bus stop.

The soundproofing in the rooms was poor, making it difficult to sleep due to loud noises from other guests in the corridor. the bed was not very comfortable, with uncomfortable pillows and a thin blanket that felt unclean.

The hotel even had paid options like beans and veggies or bacon and egg dishes for those looking for a heartier meal. The coffee was excellent, with options like espresso and cappuccino. Each morning, the hotel provided a convenient minibus service to transport guests to the chairlift, ensuring a hassle-free start to our skiing adventures. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi outside, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The hotel also had a well-equipped storage area in the basement for skis and boot warmers. The beds were comfortable, although I would have preferred a different bedding setup. Despite this, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I am already looking forward to returning for another visit. I had a wonderful experience at this lovely hotel.
