The hotel location was perfect, only a short walk from the train station and close to a great pizza place. the staff at reception were friendly, spoke English fluently, and provided excellent service. the rooms were modern, clean, and despite being compact, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the touch switches for the lights were a cool feature, and the balcony in our room was huge, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the weather. the mini bar had a good selection and the prices were reasonable, especially the €3 beer.

The rooms were a bit dark and lacked mirrors, making it difficult to do our makeup. the heating system was a bit tricky to control, and the TV had limited English-speaking channels.

We stayed at this place and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to public transportation. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry available. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace and outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. we were impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of the hotel.

I especially enjoyed the terrace, where I could relax and take in the stunning views of the city. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that I did not personally meet the manager during my four-day stay. However, this did not affect the overall quality of my experience and I still received excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff.

I recently stayed at The Building in Rome for a few days and it was perfect! The location is great for walking, with shops just a couple of minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool outside and indoor spa were both fantastic. The food was delicious and the drinks were excellent. a wonderful experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location close to the Termini station, which makes commuting around the city extremely convenient. Although located slightly away from famous landmarks, the hotel is situated in a decent and safe neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, with a contemporary design, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. The breakfast is included in the stay and comprises a vast continental selection with fresh cooked options.

Some of the facilities in the hotel may need to be updated to live up to their 4-star rating.

The hotel had a really nice pool, perfect for cooling off in the hot Rome weather. the beds were also fantastic, super comfortable for a good night's sleep. In terms of location, the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage was that the staff were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

One major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room. They only provided a fan, which was not sufficient to combat the heat.

I had the second most comfortable room of my whole Euro Trip! The bed and linen were beautiful, and the room was quiet and calm. The bathroom was luxurious, with high quality shampoos and gels. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely restaurant and a piano bar that was actually an acoustically AMAZING massive marble hall. I enjoyed live music and the BEST Moscow Mules I've ever had. The location was convenient, close to Termini station and easy to scoot or walk to most landmarks in this city. The staff was AMAZING, constantly assisting me and even making reservations at a local restaurant for me. Highly recommended for the great nightly rate and overall quality.

Highly recommend! the complementary toothbrush and paste were definitely a nice touch. the hotel was located near a street market, which was great for exploring the local culture. the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day with a wide variety of choices and even catered to dietary needs.
