We had a dream-like stay at this romantic oasis in the Italian countryside. Friendly, professional staff with a genuine Italian smile. Private wine tasting and a delicious dinner with local ingredients. Beautifully decorated rooms and a historic ambiance. Strongly recommend!

Located in a picturesque setting, this charming hotel offers easy access to the opera in Verona, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the cultural experience. The old domestic quarters of the building provide a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Guests can also unwind in the garden with a refreshing drink, taking in the beautiful surroundings.

One downside is the inflexible change/cancellation policy, which may be inconvenient for travelers who need to adjust their plans.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. the rooms are exquisitely furnished with unique, high-end decor and exclusive amenities. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, eager to help with any request. the Continental breakfast is a real highlight of the stay.

I only found a minor issue with the location, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the city center, so this was not a major problem.

The hotel had beautiful buildings and grounds, surrounded by vineyards and a stunning landscape. the rooms were elegant and cozy, with luxurious bedding and a spacious bathroom. the staff was professional, helpful, and provided fresh towels each night. the breakfast buffet offered delicious Italian options, and you could even order additional dishes for an extra cost.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. the pool was closed due to technical issues, resulting in green algae in the water.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the decor and cleanliness of the room. The staff were friendly and helpful providing maps and information on local attractions. I was disappointed by the limited facilities offered by the hotel compared to the price paid. The gym was small and outdated, and the pool area was not as well-maintained as I had hoped. Additionally, the food served at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not up to the standard I had expected.
