my second stay in gardone riviera was even more incredible than the first. eden reserve went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and stunning views. the staff catered to our every need and made us feel welcomed throughout our luxurious holiday. can't wait to return!

lack of functionality in the rooms

From the moment I arrived at this luxury resort, I was blown away. The level of service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities were top-notch and provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, and they were spacious and comfortable. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and I also had the option to explore nearby restaurants in Gardone, which were equally fantastic. overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel offered a variety of amenities that made our stay more enjoyable.

The staff was not very helpful or attentive, and seemed to be more focused on their own tasks than on helping guests. the air conditioning system was not very effective and made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

The luxurious amenities here surpassed my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a variety of body wraps, massages and beauty treatments. the spa lounge was incredibly relaxing and the steam room was perfect after a workout in the fitness room. the outdoor swimming pool area was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was a great place to grab a drink.

My room was missing a dressing area, which was a minor issue, as everything else was great. the service was excellent, with staff being very accommodating and friendly.
