It was so convenient to hop on a ferry or bus just outside the hotel to explore the surrounding areas. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the bar lounge. They made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a stunning view of the serene lake. I also loved the fact that they provided complimentary bikes, although I didn't have a chance to use them.

The view of Lake Como was absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the best aspects of our stay. the modern toilet in the room was also a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of both Como and Cernobbio, allowing us to easily explore the area. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One of the worst aspects was the size of the room, which was smaller than expected. Another downside was the lack of certain amenities such as an iron and a small safe that couldn't accommodate a laptop.
