The power in the room was tied to the keycard and charging devices was not possible when not inside the room. the slow WiFi made it difficult to communicate with colleagues and work efficiently.

This hotel is a luxurious and idyllic destination with exclusive amenities. the staff was friendly and attentive, catering to our every need. Our spacious room was beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. the outdoor swimming pool was a serene and peaceful oasis, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, beach umbrellas and towels.

Our only minor issue was the lack of variety in the food selection for breakfast, which stayed the same for multiple days. this was easily rectified by ordering off the menu for an additional charge.

Despite these small drawbacks, the location of the hotel allowed for easy access to popular destinations like Sienna, Florence, and Pisa within a short half-hour drive. The customer service provided was exceptional, with outstanding staff members. The fine dining style of the food was impressive, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed.

There were some minor inconveniences during my stay.
