During my xmas stay, I was impressed by the hotel’s location as it was close to main attractions and the city center. the interior decoration was beautifully done, and I particularly enjoyed the lounge area in the garden. the staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our stay more comfortable.

Some things could have been improved, such as the buffet breakfast, which could have been explained more explicitly at check-in. the cheese selection was lacking, and it was clearly not of the highest quality.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and we felt at home right away. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities that met our luxurious needs. the double sink and nice shower in the bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed the garden area and were able to relax as there were not too many people around.

The service in the restaurant was not up to par. We had to ask for butter for our toast multiple times and were met with a rude staff member who denied us even though he had packets in hand.
