The rooms are clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and modern facilities. The bathrooms are spacious and have both walk-in showers and separate tubs. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although simple, offers bread rolls, muffins, and coffee. The hotel also offers free bottled water in the lobby and fast LAN hookup in the rooms.

Some rooms in the front of the hotel can be noisy due to street noise.

The hotel had good amenities and the breakfast was decent. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants. the staff was polite and willing to help.

The room was too small with limited storage space, making it difficult to move around. the heating was inadequate, the room was cold most of the time and the bedding was thin.

I can't say enough about the great value for money at Granbell Hotel in the heart of Tokyo. The location is superb, just a few minutes from Roppongi and Shibuya via the nearby Akasaka-Mitsuke metro station. The service was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the free water bottles in the reception area. The room, although small as expected in Tokyo, was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom had great water pressure and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also provided free internet in the rooms, which was a big plus. I highly recommend Granbell Hotel for your stay in Tokyo.
