The shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel was efficient and on time. It made getting to the hotel hassle-free after a long flight. Additionally, the 24/7 mini mart located in the lobby was very convenient. It allowed us to grab some snacks and essentials without having to leave the hotel.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the rooms had a foul odor which was quite unpleasant.

As young travellers, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. The staff at the cafe/restaurant were super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with easy access to the airport. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. We also appreciated the option of storing our luggage for a week while we explored other areas. The breakfast had a great variety of Japanese and European options. The on-site restaurants were of high standard and offered delicious meals.

Felt completely secure and had no complaints whatsoever. Everything was well-organized and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the airport. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the cafe/restaurant. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, and I appreciated that there was a store inside. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was a convenient and appreciated amenity.

the ana crowne plaza narita was a fantastic choice for our overnight stay. the complimentary shuttle from the airport was convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. the on-site convenience store was a great bonus too. we will definitely stay here again when traveling through narita.
