During my recent stay at Art Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful artwork presented to me upon arrival. The unique "nebuta" festival artwork showcased the rich cultural heritage of Aomori. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with various activities and attractions within a 15-minute walk in any direction. Additionally, the main street of restaurants and shopping was just a short 5-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated right in front of the JR station and down a main shopping street. It was also within walking distance to the beach and the center of the city, which made exploring the area so convenient. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, from the housekeeping to the 24-hour reception. They were always polite, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle for our convenience. The hotel also had a restaurant on-site, which made dining easy and delicious.

We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was perfectly located, close to the areas I needed to go to. It was mostly down a main shopping street, which made it convenient for shopping and finding local restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was situated on the port, offering beautiful views of the water. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate dressing area. The bathroom was clean and modern, with excellent heating even in sub-zero temperatures. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a mix of traditional Japanese dishes and western options. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests.

One minor issue was that the amenities in our room were not provided for two days without any explanation.

Recently renovated room, larger than the average in Japan. Friendly staff who gave us a free upgrade. Location is decent, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Close to tourist spots, such as A-Factor and a short drive to the port. Superb breakfast with allergy information. Clean and quiet room with fast WiFi. Comfortable beds and good water-temperature adjustment in the bathroom. Had a bit of trouble finding it, but loved the spacious lobby. a great stay.

The hotel had beautiful lanterns in the lobby and spacious, well-laid-out rooms. The twin room I stayed in had a sofa, separate seating area, and a dressing area. The breakfast options were great, with a mix of local and Japanese foods. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway line, the coast, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

I felt relaxed during my stay, and the staff were always helpful and accommodating.

Our family visit to this hotel was absolutely amazing! We were blown away by the unique, beautiful artwork that was on display. Plus, the rooms were new and very clean, with a generous breakfast buffet that included both Japanese and Western options. We particularly enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby and the fact that the hotel was located just a short walk away from great restaurants and shopping. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a few small drawbacks. For one thing, the parking was offsite and expensive, which was a bit of a hassle.

De locatie was ideaal, direct naast de bushalte die je vanuit Maastricht bracht. We genoten van de mooie wandelroutes die in de buurt waren.
