I had an amazing stay at Bali Tower Hotel Tennoji! The room had stunning views of Osaka, especially at night when all the city lights were shining. The highlight of the room was definitely the bath, with its jets and shoulder waterfall feature - it was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel also provided free amenities, which were a delightful bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bali Tower Osaka Tennoji! We visited specifically to experience this hotel again, which had surprised us in a fantastic way before. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel's initiatives to reduce its environmental impact were also commendable. Plus, the freebies were amazing, from the delicious buffet breakfast with a free dessert to the special phone that acted as a personal hotspot. The game and manga room on the third floor was a blast, and the location near Tennoji station was very convenient.

During Christmas, my family stayed at a hotel that had free samples in the lobby and a huge game room which was a lot of fun. the location was amazing, only a few minutes away from a train station and close to many restaurants. the room we stayed in had a massage chair which was great after a long day of exploring the city.

Our stay wasn't perfect. the Wi-Fi password was difficult to find and the TV remote was not working properly.

I recently stayed at a hotel that completely surpassed my expectations. the attention to detail was impressive - from the super cute frog decoration theme throughout the hotel to the complimentary face care products, phone cables, bath salt, and snacks in each room. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with unexpected amenities such as a massage chair and a large humidifier, making it suitable for both kids and adults. Finally, the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was incredible, but there was one small aspect that could be improved upon - the TV remote in the room I stayed in was not working well.

Great location near Tennoji station. Room had nice amenities and was divided into separate sections for added privacy. Enjoyed the freebies in the lobby, including mini desserts and toiletries. The games room on the 4th floor was a fun bonus. Check-in and checkout times were accommodating.
