The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. I was able to easily access all major temples and shrines, and the metro and busses were conveniently nearby. the double room was quite spacious, much bigger than most places I've stayed in Japan. having a Family-market shop next door was a great convenience for meals and snacks.

There was no wifi in the hotel. While there was an ethernet connection in the room, it wasn't very practical for tourists who rely on their smartphones for photos and other information.
