Staying at this luxurious hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I entered my corner room, I was greeted with a wide view of the city and the breathtaking rising/setting sun. The room itself was spacious, well-sized, and had a modern design that exceeded my expectations. The bed, a comfortable queen size, provided enhanced comfort and ensured a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was also impressive, equipped with good quality shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, and facial lotion. I was so impressed with the amenities that I ended up buying the whole set from the hotel!

The rooftop onsen at Candeo Hotels was absolutely amazing. The views of the city were breathtaking, especially at night when the radio towers were lit up. The hot and cold baths inside were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the morning buffet had a great variety of delicious food. The staff were helpful and even took my luggage up to my room before I checked in. The room itself was luxurious and spacious, with a cozy seating area by the window. Getting to and from the hotel was convenient, thanks to the nearby blue tram stop in Chinatown.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Chinatown. There are many great restaurants within walking distance to explore. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious Japanese and western dishes to choose from, and the views from the dining room are breathtaking. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome throughout your stay.

The carpets in the hallways and rooms could use some cleaning or replacement to improve the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Great spot to stay that's easy walking distance to Chinatown and a shopping street. the location is very convenient for getting around, and there's a big window in the room that gives an incredible street view. the hotel also has lots to love: for instance, the security is tight, and the guests need to tap their room key card in the lift. there is a really incredible Japanese-style spa with both an indoor and outdoor area for guests to enjoy.

The hotel meal prices are very expensive, which isn't really value for money. Even though the room was non-smoking, there was still smoke smell from the smoking rooms.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's also within walking distance to popular attractions such as Chinatown and Dejima. The rooftop spa offers a great way to relax with beautiful views of the city and the comfort of a large bed in the rooms adds to the overall experience.

The checkout time of 10 am is a bit early for those wanting to relax and enjoy their stay a little longer.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. it offers excellent views of Mt Inasa, especially from rooms at the end of the hall.

Limited Room Space: the rooms are smaller than expected, especially considering the cost. the lack of sufficient space makes it impractical to store belongings, as there are no drawers or desk tops.

I recently stayed at Candeo Hotels in a great central location for sightseeing. The nearby tram stop made it easy to explore, and there were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and modern, and I loved the large built-in window seat. The rooftop onsen was a fantastic bonus with two pools and a sauna. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed walking around the vibrant Chinatown area. a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
