We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for visiting temples and the Gion area, with easy access to transportation via bus and subway. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of quality, reasonably priced meal options within a short 10-minute walk. The staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, right near the beautiful Yasaka shrine. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially at night when the shrine was illuminated. The staff here were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns we had, providing recommendations for transportation and great local restaurants. The service was top-notch and made us feel at home. Our room was luxurious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV, and even free toiletries. Another enjoyable thing about it is the helpful staff, they were very friendly and willing to help us with our needs. the room we stayed in was clean and pleasant, with a comfortable bed to rest. we could have some lovely meals during our stay at the hotel which made a good impression.

During our stay at the hotel, we faced some uncomfortable problems. the Wi-Fi connection was very weak, we talked to the staff about it, but they could not make it much better.
