I loved the value for my money at Grand Palace! The room was spacious and spotless, with comfy beds and a sofa bed. The location was perfect, close to the Imperial Palace and with easy access to the subway. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more affordable options.

The hotel is conveniently located near several train lines, making it easy to access top tourist attractions and navigate the city. The spacious rooms exceeded expectations and were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that the rooms were cleaned and tidied daily. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a restaurant with delicious food and a mobile telephone for local calls and internet tethering.

The hotel lobby could benefit from some modernization, as the carpet appears dirty and gives the impression of an outdated atmosphere.

the room at this hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. the staff were friendly and quick to respond to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel was just a 30-minute walk from a major train station, but there was also a nearby station only 100m away. I enjoyed exploring the local restaurants around the hotel and trying some delicious authentic food.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right next to a subway station and within walking distance of beautiful parks. The service provided was exceptional, with staff who were accommodating and friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a plus. The hotel had a lovely dining restaurant and bar/lounge area. The staff also provided shuttle service and were available 24/7 at the reception. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Saido was attentive, listened to my preferences, and provided clear advice on where to find the best food, entertainment, and shopping. Thanks to him, I was able to make the most of my limited time and truly experience the city. I am grateful for his expertise and highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional concierge service. We stayed at a hotel in Tokyo during Christmas and we loved the cozy lobby with a beautiful Christmas tree and warm fireplace. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh pastries and coffee. the location was great, just a short walk from a major train station and a supermarket nearby.

The room was outdated and the bathroom had a weird smell. the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

The room was large with spacious single beds and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything was spotless and the hotel provided plenty of toiletries daily. The room also had a kettle, fridge, and a free smartphone to use for navigation. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was convenient, with Kudanshita and Iidabashi subway stations nearby.
