The hotel is situated in a quiet location, away from the crowds, which was exactly what I was looking for.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel with the perfect location near the ski slopes and breathtaking views of Half Moon Lake. The spacious rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the convenient ski-in/ski-out valet service and the option to return our equipment at the hotel. It was truly a hassle-free experience!

The limited breakfast menu was a disappointment. Some of the food options were not up to par, especially the Japanese and Western items which were below expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at a new property with comfortable rooms and a relaxing onsen. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the slopes for skiing. The ski storage facility was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service, although it could have run more frequently. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Just got back from an amazing stay near Half Moon Lake. the room with large windows and full kitchen was so cozy. LOVED the hot spring bath! Would definitely go back! Even better than in photos.

We enjoyed our stay overall, thanks to the friendly staff and comfortable room. the ski-in and ski-out option was really convenient and made our trip hassle-free. We appreciated the shuttle bus provided by the hotel, which made commuting easy.

The breakfast menu was not up to our expectations. the lack of a restaurant or bar was also a letdown.

Great layout & furniture, friendly staff. Pleasant onsen, easy access to slopes. Spacious, comfortable room with washing machine, functional kitchen. Gorgeous view. Easily assessable via Hilton gondola. Quiet and less crowded compared to Hirafu.
