The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the Hiroshima Shinkansen station. It takes only 10 minutes to walk there, making it easy to explore the city center and other attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with necessary amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and tea facilities. The staff, although their English-speaking skills may be limited, are polite and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers both Japanese and western breakfast options, allowing guests to choose according to their preferences.

The hotel does not have a palace or garden, as some might expect.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our city trip, being close to public transportation and tourist attractions. We appreciated the clean and cozy rooms, equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and tea making facilities. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside of this hotel was the distance from the train station, which made it a bit difficult to find without proper directions. while the rooms were generally comfortable, we did notice some signs of wear and tear in certain areas of the room.

I arrived before check-in and the hotel kindly stored my luggage. When I returned, my suitcase wasn't there, causing some stress. However, it was quickly delivered to my room with apologies. The room itself was comfortable and felt luxurious. The hotel also had a great location near the train station with easy access to attractions. I had a good stay and would recommend Garden Palace.
