We had a fantastic stay at Monte Hermana. the location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the nearest Metro station and less than 10 minutes to Tokyo Station. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our check-in process a breeze. the hotel is new and modern, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious for a Japanese hotel. We also appreciated the dining area with free drinks until 10pm and the on-site laundry facilities.

The hotel itself was freshly renovated and very clean. We also found a fantastic restaurant nearby and there were plenty of shops and facilities close by for our convenience. The service from the staff was excellent and they were very cooperative throughout our stay.

Although the rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, this was to be expected in a Japanese hotel. We also couldn't open the windows in our room, but it didn't affect our stay too much.
