The value for money at Torifito Hakata Gion was great, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The location was convenient, close to train stations and attractions, and the staff were helpful and easy to communicate with.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located close to JR Hakata station, making it easy to access transportation. It is also near several tourist attractions such as Tochoji and Kushida Shrines, allowing for convenient sightseeing. Additionally, being situated in a quieter area of Fukuoka provides a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere compared to the bustling main Hakata station.

Limited parking spots are available, which may pose a challenge for guests traveling by car.

During my recent New Year stay, the room was big enough for two people and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. the hotel also offered a fantastic breakfast that included local specialties. the hotel was located in a great spot, close to many tourist attractions and a metro station.

The public bathroom was too small and too bright, making it difficult to enjoy. the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked, and they had some unusual policies, such as not allowing people with tattoos to use the bath.

Convenient location near train stations. Helpful staff and English translation available. Many amenities provided such as bidet, microwave, iron, and laundry. Ensuite bath, although smaller in length, is wide and comfortable.

During our stay at Hotel Torifito Hakata Gion, we were impressed by the modern and clean rooms. The location was incredibly convenient, with nearby attractions such as Tochoji and Kushida Shrines within walking distance. We also appreciated the English translations available, making it easy to navigate the hotel amenities. The bath in the ensuite was smaller than what we're used to, but still comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offered helpful features like a bidet in the bathroom, microwave, iron, and laundry facilities. We were also able to check the progress of our laundry and see if the public bath was in use through the TV.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a short distance from the airport and conveniently close to the metro stop and JR Hakata station. Being in the historical district added to the charm of our visit. The service was top-notch, with amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The in-room safe and trouser press were also a nice touch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us. The hotel had excellent leisure facilities, including a public bath and reliable Wi-Fi. We were impressed by the luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security, providing us with peace of mind during our stay. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious dining options.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel offers a unique concept of 'matsuri' and is conveniently located near a convenience store and Gion station. The onigiri shop called "Po-Tama" is just a 2-minute walk away, serving the best spam onigiri for breakfast. For those travelling by car, there are clearly marked parking spots available at a reasonable cost of ¥1650 a night.

Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.
