Excellent location next to Sapporo JR and coach station. Fantastic all-weather access to shops. Simply superb staff and service. Natural onsen with panoramic views. Comfortable bed and good aircon.

Conveniently located near Sapporo Station. Within 5 minutes walk to Nippon rent a car and night car parking within the building. Many eateries and shopping options nearby. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Reasonably sized and clean rooms.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots. The staff, particularly the bellhops, were amazing and child-friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, including delicious Hokkaido ice cream flavors. The spacious room came with amazing toiletries.

I had an amazing stay at a conveniently located hotel with a phenomenal onsen. The view from my room was breathtaking, with mountains in the distance. The buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the price. And the onsen experience was the most relaxing I've had in Hokkaido. The hotel's amenities, especially the spa, more than made up for the small room size. I would definitely return if I'm in Sapporo again. I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located right at the JR train station, providing excellent transit convenience. The views from the hotel were amazing, especially during the winter. The onsen spa was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located above the train station. the staff, especially the Bellhops, were amazing and very child-friendly. the service, both in Japanese and English, was top-notch. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Asian, local, and international choices, with delicious bread, yogurt. the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel felt like a home away from home.

I recently stayed at Jr Tower Hotel in Sapporo for a few days. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me when I needed to see a doctor. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both north and south Sapporo. The View Restaurants offered excellent food, and the room and toilet were both spacious and comfortable. The hotel even arranged a special surprise for my birthday with origami and a greeting card. I am truly grateful for the care and service provided during my stay.
