This hotel is located in the center of all the entertainment, close to the subway and bus stops. Despite being in the heart of the action, the rooms are quiet and spacious with great amenities. The breakfast is superb with a variety of options to choose from. You'll love the comfortable beds and the cozy feel of the lounge with vending machines, massage chairs, and ice cream.

It's a shame that the laundry machines are limited, and some guests had trouble with staff assistance.

The 100 yen massage chairs were amazing after a long day. Plus, the vending machines with fresh Hokkaido milk were a great touch. We loved the location near the Tanuki shopping area. we had a lovely stay at Karaksa Hotel.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Karaksa Hotel. The location was perfect, right on a lively shopping street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The subway station and airport bus stop were also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself had a modern design and my room was well-appointed with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were helpful and informative, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo.

The breakfast options at the hotel were not the best, especially if you prefer more traditional breakfast items. the rooms did not offer much storage space for luggage, which could be inconvenient for longer stays.

The hotel offers parking and complimentary use of their hot spring, massage chair and laundry machine. Perfect for those who love to party as it is located near the city's nightlife hub. Reasonably priced for a group of three.

We had a fantastic Easter break, staying in a hotel situated in the heart of a bustling shopping and dining district. the room was modern and immaculately clean, with ample space for our belongings. the public bath area was impressive with great water pressure and a sizeable indoor pool. We also received two delightful complimentary items upon check-in. the hotel's location allowed us to easily access local shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making our trip more memorable.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks, such as limited space for hanging our items, no coffee provided in the room, and a fridge that was too small. However, these were minor issues, and the hotel's location and amenities more than made up for them.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel with spacious rooms that easily accommodated our luggage. The onsen was a great addition, and the service was top-notch. While we would have appreciated complimentary bottled water, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Karaksa Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the facilities were excellent, especially for travelers with families. They offer spacious rooms suitable for 3-6 people, with the added convenience of separate toilet and shower rooms. the hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the center of the shopping street and within a short 10-minute walk to Nijo Market.
